Ghanaian player Kontor Owusu-Ansah has joined American United Soccer League side Orange County SC.
Ansah Kontor joins the side from Greek Superleague side AE Larissa as a free agent.
County head coach Braden Cloutier is convinced about the performance of Kontor as he believes he can help them in their quest for promotion to the MLS.
“I’m very excited to have added an exceptional young talent like Kontor. He comes with a great deal of experience having played against teams such as Olympiakos and Panathinaikos in this past year,” Coutier told the club’s website.
“Kontor is an extremely athletic player with great technical ability. He will be an exciting player for the Orange County fans this season.”
