Ghana midfielder Godfred Donsah wants to write his name in the history books of Italian side Bologna.

According to him, he is happy at the club and content with life in Italy.

The 21-year old was linked with several European clubs in the summer transfer window following a remarkable performance for Rossoblu last season.

But he decided to stay and continue his development at the Stadio Renato Dall' Ara.

"In the summer I had requests. But in the end I was happy, today I'm happy to be still a footballer in Bologna and I want to convince everyone that I can be important for this team."

Donsah will be hoping to build on last week's superb outing in the win at Sassuolo when they travel to Genoa on Saturday.
