Elmina Sharks coach Yaw Acheampong has attributed their recent fine run in the ongoing Ghana Premier League to God.
Sharks after enduring a difficult first round have been able to turn things around with some amazing performances and results recorded.
They have recorded three straight wins and has obviously improved their standings on the premier league.
It looks like the decision to bring in Yaw Acheampong and Felix Aboagye is paying off.
But Acheampong is refusing to take the credit. For him, God is the reason behind their fine form.
“God has been the secret behind my success or the progress of Sharks currently, it was difficult at the initial stages but we are still on it, the mission has not been achieved yet but but we are highly optimistic that we will have a respectable position at the end of the league,” he stated.
“I know the team will come fine next season if am still in charge of the club, i must admit that there are lots of work to be done in the club and hopefully i will do my best within this season for the club to be saved from getting relegated,” Acheampong added.
Elmina Sharks are currently 7th on the log sheet with 32 points, four points away from the drop zone.
