Head Coach of Accra Great Olympics, Godwin Attram is not giving up on Premier League survival, despite position on the table.

The wonder club sits fifteenth on the table, with two games to end the season and are in danger of being relegated just a season after gaining promotion.

The wonder club beat Elmina Sharks on Sunday by a goal to nil to enhance their chances of survival, but even with the victory their position remains unchanged.

However, Coach Godwin Attram believes the relegation battle will go down the wire.

“Prior to match, I said a win would put us out of the relegation, because if we failed to win we would have definitely being relegated but today’s win will take Olympics out of relegation,” Attram said in an interview after their 1-0 win over Sharks last Sunday.

The former Ghana international’s side have an arduous task in their next two games where they face relegation threatened sides Ashantigold and Bechem United.

Great Olympics will host the miners this weekend, with just five points between the two sides, and a win will be crucial for the Accra based club.

The situation is similar to between them and Bechem United who they play on the final day.
