Accra Great Olympics goalkeeper Michael Sai says he is confident of a win against Medeama SC in the match Day 23 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

The wonder club who are fighting against all odds to escape relegation, look to have recovered from a turbulent start to the second round after picking four points in their last two games.

Michael Sai, a former Medeama goalkeeper is optimistic about the sides chances of avoiding the drop indicating there will be changes at the bottom of table by the end of the weekend.

“As we can see, the race to escape relegation is getting increasingly difficult because the teams around us are winning their games. Elmina Sharks went to Dansoman of all places to pick maximum points against Liberty, so I think we have to work extra to achieve our goal.”

“Nothing is impossible in football and I believe if we can maintain the form we’ve exhibited in our last two games, we can finish the league on a high. We have to beat Medeama on Sunday to keep our dreams alive and I’m confident that our position on the table will change this week with a win.”

Accra Great Olympics, despite their recent form are rooted on the 15th position with 23 points, just 3 points away from safety.
