Guinea striker Seydouba Camara on Asante Kotoko’s radar

Guinea forward Seudouba Camara has emerged a target for Ghanaian giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko following his exploits in the WAFU tournament, according to reports.  

The striker has been the driving force for the Syli National after impressing in all three games played.

Head Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Steve Pollack has been in Cape Coast since the start of the West Africa Football Union Championship to scout for players, as he intends to improve his squad for next season.

Camara, who plays for Kaloum Stars in his native Guinea, is believed to be the number one name on the lips of the Englishman.

The striker was has been influential for Guinea, starring in the opening day 3-1 win over Guinea Bissau before sparkling in the 2-0 defeat to Ghana.

Scouts from other football clubs across the West Africa sub region and all over the globe have also been monitoring the attacker.

Seydouba, Guinea’s star man will line up against the Eagles of Mali tonight in the final group game.
