Board Member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Frank Nelson has commended the Kurt Okraku led FA Cup committee for the excellent organization of the competition.

The FA Cup has reached its pinnacle, with two of Ghana’s glamorous club’s Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko scheduled for the finals on October 29th in Tamale.

Meanwhile, ahead of the big showdown, the FA Cup committee has started a trophy tour with Accra Hearts of Oak the first point of destination.

Frank Nelson received the FA Cup organizers at the club’s secretariat where he praised the committee for a wonderful job done.

“I think the organization of this year’s FA CUP has been tremendous,” he continued. “The FA Cup committee have been tremendous, creative in their job, they have used the media, and whatever means it takes to promote the game. MTN equally has stood behind them in terms of supporting them financially,” Nelson told Accraheartsofoak.com

“This is the first time we are seeing this trophy tour, it is an incentive and an added situation we all need to appreciate and I appreciate the committee, especially their chairman Kurt Okraku.

“I think Kurt is very creative with his team – young guys around him giving him results – and if you see what we are seeing today, I have no doubt that these guys know what they are about so I am sure things will get better.”

The FA Cup final has been schedule for October 29th, at the Tamale Sports Stadium.
