Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed their skipper Thomas Abbey's late call up to the Local Black Stars camp.
Abbey has been called by coach Kwasi Appiah after initially missing out in the 30-man squad that started training on Monday.
His exclusion courted public outrage following his remarkable displays for the Phobians in the first round of the Ghana Premier League season.
