Accra Hearts of Oak are close to finalising a new deal for their in-form attacker Thomas Abbey.
Abbey's current contract with the side will come to an end after this season's Ghana Premier League.
With his fine form in the league for the side, already both local and international clubs have enquiring about his services.
But the Phobians are keen on keeping him for a longer period.
Our sources reveal, the board of the club want to offer Abbey a new two-year deal with an improved salary to keep him off possible suitors.
Abbey is currently leading the goal king chart in the ongoing Ghana Premier League with 12 goals and 3 three assists.
