Hearts of Oak have signed Brazilian defender Vinicius Lozano Silva ahead of the 2016/17 season. With seven matches to end the ongoing Premier League season, the Phobians have already started preparations for the new season with the imminent signing of the former Santos player.
Lozano arrived in the country in the early hours of Wednesday morning to undergo his medicals before signing on the dotted line for the 2000 CAF Champions League winners.
The salary, terms and conditions are still being negotiated as Hearts officially prepare to confirm the deal.
The 19-year defender who currently plays for Coritiba on loan has had stints with Brazilian giants Palmeiras.
