Hearts of Oak's Leonard Tawiah edges closer to joining League champions Aduana Stars

Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars are set to announce the signing of Leonard Tawiah in the ongoing transfer window. The out of contract Hearts of Oak midfielder has been in talks with the Dormaa-based club ahead of his imminent move.

Sources have revealed that the midfield enforcer will travel to Dormaa on Tuesday to finalise the deal. The 22-year-old could sign a two-year contract with the 'Ogya' boys in the coming days. Tawiah rejected a contract extension with Hearts of Oak after an unfruitful negotiations. He was a member of the Rainbow Club team that place third on the Ghana Premier League log after the 2016/17 season.
