Accra Hearts of Oak's ladies supporters chief, Vicentia Doku says the club will win the Ghana Premier League this season.

The new season was billed to start this weekend but following Accra Great Olympics' interlocutory injunction on the Football Association, the domestic top flight has been postponed indefinitely.

However, a very expectant Vicentia Doku was confident, insisting Accra Hearts of Oak will win the Ghana Premier League this season.

"This season we will win the league," she said. "Hearts is our team so as supporters we have to be ready for everything surrounding our club, we have been very excited with the news of the start of the league," she added.

However, the Ghanaian giants have been struggling to find a home venue for the upcoming season following the renovations of the Accra Sports Stadium.

Early reports indicated, the club will use the Swedru Park before later it was stated the Cape Coast Stadium will be used for the new campaign.

Meanwhile, the boss of the National Sports Authority in the central region has said the club has not submitted any proposal for the use of the stadium.

Vicentia Doku said the situation was worrying,"It is very worrying situation for a club like Accra Hearts of Oak to still be looking for a place to play their home games, it is very worrying."
