Former Ghana goalkeeper Richard Kingson has stated his readiness to work with new Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah in any capacity.
Many want to see the veteran goalie come in as the Black Stars goalkeeper's trainer.
Kingson who was Ghana’s main man between the sticks between 2006 and 2012 and he featured for the Black Stars in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups as well as the 2008 and 2010 African Nations Cup tournaments says he is ready to work with Kwasi Appiah if called upon.
“Just like a lot of Ghanaians, I have also heard rumours of my inclusion into Kwesi Appiah’s backroom but I am waiting for the invitation. When you finish your career, you would like to coach or run a business. So, if this opportunity presents itself, I would like to honour it to help the youth to go where I was unable to so they can help the nation achieve something.”
