Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey came on from the bench to help Athletico Madrid secure all three points against Sevilla in a pulsating La Liga game.
The Ghanaian who has been on a run of impressive form came on with 15 minutes to finish the game, and he impressed as the Roji Blancos recorded an important victory.
Midfielder Yannick Carrasco opened the scoring in the 46th minute as the club from Madrid cruised to victory.
But the win was secured when French man Antoine Griezman scored the second with two minutes to end the game.
Partey was making his sixth appearance of the season, the best start for the 24 year old at Athletico Madrid.
