Kwame Baah is expected to retain his place in goal, Isaac Twum in midfield and Evans Mensah on the left side of attack with Enoch Adu at right back as Satellites hope to seal qualification to the next stage.
Black Satellites have a task of eliminating their counterparts from Ethiopia for African Youth Championships qualifiers after losing 1-2 in the first leg, a fortnight ago.
The newly built Cape Coast Stadium will host the fixture as the Satellites set their sights on qualification.
