We are still in negotiations with Asante Kotoko but nothing concrete has been finalized, says Heart of Lions midfielder Isaac Quansah.
One of the brightest prospect for the Kpando based team in last season’s GN Division One league, Isaac Quansah has reiterated his intention of joining Asante Kotoko in the forthcoming premier league season.
In an interview with Kingdom FM, Quansah disclosed that the deal almost half midway through negotiations and hope to conclude the final details of the contract within the week or next week to commence training with the club as soon as possible.
He said, “We’re still discussing with them but there is nothing concrete. If things go well, I’ll start training very soon with them.”
“For now, it’s 50-50. So many clubs are after my signature, but Kotoko have shown the most determined side than them all. My contract with Lions ended the very day we played our last match and I hope to secure this move as soon as possible to start preseason with the club because I’m eager to play in the premier league come next season.”
The Ghana Premier League will commence on December 18th.
