Black Stars player, Kwadwo Asamoah has become the subject of transfer swap between Italian Serie A champions Juventus and English Premier League team Chelsea.

Juventus have made the Colombian Cuadradro their top transfer target after the Chelsea player spent last season on loan with Massimo Allegri’s team and the Italian champions are hoping to use Chelsea's interest in Asamoah to get their man.

Cuadrado made 41 appearances in all competitions for Juventus scoring five goals and providing eight assists during his stay in Italy.

New Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is interested in signing Asamoah from Juventus, a midfielder he bought for the Serie A team during his time as boss.

Juventus are willing to let the injury-prone Asamoah go to London for the 27-year-old Juan Cuadrado as a makeweight.

Asamoah has not played a great part of Juventus’ title winning season in the past year having struggled with a host of injuries that limited his playing time.

Conte however has put the Ghanaian on his list of top transfer targets with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich was willing to spend £20 million on the Black Stars midfielder.

Kwadwo Asamoah joined Serie A champions Juventus from Udinese in 2012 during Antonio Conte’s time at the club in Italy.
