And now the 21-year-old winger has a mountain of expectation to climb after his agent Marko Naletilic toldTuttosportthat the youngster is a combination of two of the greatest talents the world has seen.
Naletilic added:"Comparisons are always difficult, but Marko I see as a mix of Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo,"
"Pjaca is slower than Cristiano Ronaldo, but is more unpredictable. Marko is an artist.
"Marko is one that devastates you in the open field on the break. But if it is closed defences, he begins to play soccer, taking advantage of the excellent basic technique.
"Let me be clear: we are talking about a 21-year-old who has yet toboth grow and overcome certain defects."
Naletilic said that the former Lokomotiva midfielder received offers from some of Europe's biggest sides, however the hot prospectonly had one club in mind.
He added:"There was plenty of choice: AC Milan , Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund , Schalke, Wolfsburg, Fiorentina.
"Marko, however, wanted at all costs to Juventus. And I assure you that at Milan and other clubs could earn almost twice.
"We speak of a true talent - a player from large audiences. Marko has personality and is smart: he can become a symbol of Juventus"
