Kotoko CEO Dr. Kyei visits Black Stars B in Burkina Faso ahead of CHAN qualifier

Executive BoD chairman of Asante Kotoko Dr Kwame Kyei is in Burkina Faso with Junior team coach Ernest Appau visited the Black Stars B camp in Ouagadougu ahead of Ghana’s clash with Burkina Faso in the CHAN qualifier. 

According to reports, the move is informed by the Executive BoD Chairman’s plan and ambition for the Kotoko’s youth team which has failed to produce quality up to the task players graduating into the senior team.

Our sources say the BoD chairman traveled with the current junior team coach Apau to explore on youth team development and network with the Burkinabes who have been outstanding in youth development of football in sub Saharan Africa.

Ghana will play host to Burkina Faso in the qualifiers of the 2018 CHAN on Saturday and be expecting the Burkinabes in Ghana, Kumasi for the second leg in a week time.
