Goalkeeper of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Steve Pollack says the players are ready to give their 100% support to new Coach Steve Pollack.

The former Berekum Chelsea boss was appointed to help save the porcupine warriors dwindling fortunes.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have not won a game in their last eight matches losing four and drawing four.

''I've always been saying that as a player, you should always be ready and prepared to play in any position you would be assigned to play by your coach,'' he told Kumasi-based Light FM

''Our job is to play our hearts out for the club and irrespective of any coach that may come in, we're always ready to give him our maximum support,'' he added.

The Kumasi based side have already made two changes to the technical direction of the club after sacking Zdravko Lugarisic and parting ways with Frimpong Manso who stood in as interim manager.

''Coach Steve Polack has just been appointed as the new substantive manager and he's coming in with his new philosophy and as his playing charges, we're all ready for that.''

''We're going to help him to achieve his target by supporting him fully so as to chalk success for the club in the Ghana Premier League.''
