Kotoko, Hearts drawn apart in GHALCA G8 grouping

FA Cup Champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko have been drawn in group A of the GHALCA G8 tournament which begins on January 6th next year, with Accra Hearts of Oak leading group B of the competition. 

The pairings were released on Thursday.

The Porcupine Warriors have been paired in Group A with Premier League Champions Aduana Stars, New Promoted side Eleven Wonders and Ghana Premier League returnees Dreams Fc.

Kotoko will open their account on 7th January against newcomers Eleven Wonders at the Baba Yara Stadium with Aduana playing Dreans FC.

Meanwhile, Accra Heart of Oak head group B, where they have been paired with top four finishers West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) and Ebusua Dwarfs. Newcomers Karela FC, who are currently in Cote D'Ivoire for preseason complete the group.

Hearts will start the preseason tourney with the game against Karela United.

Group A will play their games at the Baba Yara Stadium will Group B playing in Cape Coast
