Ghanaian International, Kwadwo Asamoah has been recognized by his peers in Italy for his stellar performances for Serie A champions Juventus over the past four years.

The honour was bestowed on the versatile midfielder by a group of Ghanaian footballers who ply their trade in the various divisions of Italian football at the Arthur Leagcy Calcio Trade Ball in Accra.

Asamoah was commended for his four trophy-laden seasons in Turin which has seen him win four Scudetti and his exemplary behaviour on and off the pitch.

He was presented with a football signed by all the 25 Ghanaian footballers in Italy by the Italian Ambassador to Ghana, Laura Carpini.

The injury-prone player has had his last two campaigns for The Old Lady disrupted by niggling injuries which has also affected his appearances for the Black Stas.
