Kwesi Appiah compares his second coming to the Biblical second coming of Jesus Christ

Newly appointed coach of the Black Kwesi Appiah has indicated that he will be ruthless in instilling discipline in the Black stars team likening his second attempt at the job to that of the second coming of Jesus Christ.

The former Khartoum El Watani coach had a difficult first spell with the team at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil where players showed gross misconduct in camp.

Appiah’s second coming has raised a lot of questions as to whether he can manage the egos of the players.

However, Coach Kwesi Appiah who was speaking to Kumasi based radio station Light FM revealed instilling discipline will be core to his success this time around.

''My second coming to the Black Stars is going to be like that of the second coming of Jesus Christ,'' he told Light FM.

''I would not condone any unruly behaviour from any member of the playing body irrespective of his calibre in the team,''

''There is going to be a perfect sanity in camp as I would make sure that players abide the laid down rules and regulations in camp,''

''I'm not trying to inflict any fear in anyone, but just to make sure that the right thing are always done as expected. There is nothing people need to worry about in my second coming as I see no reason why fears must grip some people before getting this job,''

''Everything is going to be in order as I look forward to start work next month.''

Kwesi Appiah will officially begin work on May 1st and he is expected to get the Black Stars back on track for the world cup qualifiers.
