Former Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah has described the late coach Herbert Addo as somebody who played a key role in the development of Ghana football.
The veteran trainer passed away last Thursday after a short illness.
Kwesi Appiah who had a close relationship with Herbert Addo says he could not believe it when the news got to him.
“I was very sad to hear the death of Coach Hebert Addo, he was someone we the up and coming Coaches learnt from,” he said.
“I personally learnt a lot from him, and it is very sad to see him join his ancestors.
“He left a good legacy and may his soul rest in peace, I know Ghanaians will remember him for his good works for the country.”
