Libyan topflight side Al Ittihad Tripoli have unveiled new signing Kwame Kizito, who joined the club on Wednesday after ending his stay with Accra Hearts of Oak.

The striker joined the North Africans on a two year deal following a stellar last season, where he scored six goals in the second half of the season and helped the Black Stars B win the WAFU Cup of nations.

The lanky forward acrimoniously refused to extend his stay with Accra Hearts of Oak, who were willing to offer the striker a new contract.

He secured a floating status from the Ghana Football Association which granted him permission to join any club he wanted.

Kizito was unveiled by Ittihad, together with two new signings, Alsamani Sawi who joined on loan from Al Merrick and ex-ASEC starlet Christ Yohore.

The 25 year old has been trained with the club who are on preseason in Tunisia ahead of the Libyan topflight league and the continental Championship.
