Man Utd Sponsors Adidas & Chevrolet Offer Conflicting Paul Pogba 'Hints' on Twitter and Instagram

The Paul Pogba saga is getting tiresome as people look for every conceivable hint or clue.

Manchester United are widelybelieved to be closing in on a world record deal for the French midfielder, but until anything is actually confirmed there remains a seed of doubt.


Adidas Football sent fans crazy on Wednesday with a ratherambiguoustweet about Pogba that played on the 'blah, blah' message recentlyposted on social mediaby agent Mino Raiola.

Showing Pogba reading a newspaper, it warned fans not to believe everything they see/hear. Whether they meant stories of the deal being done or off was unclear, deliberately unclear.


Now, Adidas Football have tweeted again, continuing to play on the 'blah, blah' theme in the form of a newscast with United bossJose Mourinho shown.

On the flip side, some fans have got incredibly excited by Chevrolet's Instagram activity. The Americancar manufacturer have a special football social media division called Chevrolet FC, which now follows Paul Pogba on the picture sharing platform.

Chevrolet FC only follows 109 users. Most of them are United players, either current or former, while a few are female US soccer internationals.

Perhaps where this 'hint' falls down is that Chevrolet FC also follows Neymar and Gareth Bale, both of whom have been targeted by the Old Trafford club, but neither of whom have actually signed or have evenbeen close to signing.
