Portuguese trainer Manuel Zacharias has noted that his club Bechem United have no respect for his private life.

Bechem United on Wednesday asked Zacharias to step aside over issues regarding his relationship with his girlfriend, which they feel is interfering with his work.

In a statement released by the club, they noted that Zacharias traveled with his girlfriend in the team bus to Bechem United’s last premier league game in Wa, amidst protest from the team managers.

“I want to work with a club not because they will pay me millions, but because they will show me respect, let me work in peace and respect my private life. And this is what I don’t have at Bechem United,” Zacharias told Kumasi-based Ultimate FM.

“I fight and fight all the time for this club, but nobody gives me enough credit. I deserve more respect, especially for my private life,” he concluded.
