Hearts of Oak's creative midfield dynamo, Samudeen Ibrahim, is set to return to the league leaders after being declared fit by the medical team of the club.

The sensational player got injured in the Phobian's Premier League clash against New Edubiase in the first day of the 2015/16 league season.

Samudeen, who was voted 2014/2015 Division One Best Player, will join his colleagues in training on Friday.

"I was diagnosed of a bone fracture and was told I'll be off the field for not less than one month. I have been responding to treatment all this while and I'm back. I just returned from Korle-bu teaching hospital where the team doctor has cleared me fit," He told Happy FM.

"The entire Hearts team will be training on Friday and am sure everything will be okay as I return with full force," he added.

Hearts of Oak hosts Sekondi Hasaacas in their Ghana Premier League week 12 clash next Wednesday as league goes on recess to make way for the MTN FA cup round of 16 matches to be played over the weekend.
