De Sciglio has concerns over Milan's move for Wolfsburg fullback Ricardo Rodriguez and wants to know where he stands in their plans.
The Italy international's deal has just over a year to run.
Milan have made it clear to De Sciglio's agents, in a meeting at Casa Milan, they want to extend his current agreement.
