Medeama defender Ibrahim Yaro extends stay at the club

Medeama SC defenderIbrahim Yaro has extended his stay at the club after penning a new three year deal, the club has confirmed.

Yaro has been a star performer for the club since the departure of Vice Captain Victor Ayireh. The new deal will see him stay at the club till 2020.

The defender fended off interest from club’s in North Africa to stay with the Mauves and Yellow having performed well in the ongoing season.

Yara has won two man of the match awards and has formed one of the best defensive partnership in the league with Paul Aidoo.

The hard-tackling defender is in line to feature against Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday in the Ghana Premier League.
