Michael Essien signs bumper Adidas deal in Indonesia

South African side Free State Stars have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Mumuni Abubakar.

The former New Edubiase player is among  seven new players that have joined the club.

Ea Lla Koto's general manager, Rantsi Mokoena, has confirmed that Badri Al Sangare, Sello Japhtha, Bathusi Aubaas, Sibusiso Hlubi, , Mpho Mathekgane and Kwizer Oliviera have all joined the club ahead of the new season.

New head coach Sammy Troughton will be eager to get off to a winning start this weekend when they face AmaZulu, with a number of their latest signings likely to feature in the encounter.

Mumuni who has been on form is expected to play a part in the team's PSL opener with AmaZulu.
