The management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko visited the defender Daniel Darkwah at the Komfo Anokye Teachings Hospital after a successful shoulder surgery.
Darkwah had a successful shoulder surgery yesterday after staying out from football close to a month.
The former Aduana Stars left-back sustained shoulder injury months ago in a Kotoko friendly match with Kum Apem Stars.
The team which includes Dr Yaw Amo Sarpong, Isaac Donkor and Dr Jerry Newton were led by Nana Kwasi Gyambibi, the Special Assistant to Dr Kwame Kyei.
The player is believed to return to action after 8 weeks.
