New Cape Coast Stadium to host Black Satellites clash with Ethiopia

Published on: 25 May 2016

The newly constructed 16,000 capacity Cape Coast Stadium will host the Black Satellites African Youth Championship qualifier second leg with Ethiopia in two weeks time.

Coach Didi Dramani and his side must overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg to book a slot in the last round of the qualifiers.

This will be the second time the Black Satellites will use the venue- the first time they played there was against China U19 during the commissioning of the facility by Ghana President John Mahama on May 3.

The people of the Central Region are already familiar with the team following a massive turn out for the game against China which ended 2-2.
