Kumasi Asante Kotoko are on a free fall in the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season after a promising start to the campaign.

The Kumasi-based side have changed more coaches than the games won since parting ways with Zdravko Lugarusic. Below are four bulletins that could steer a stellar season for the Porcupine Warriors:

Technical Enhancement

The technical aspect of the current first team of Kotoko will have to improved and with the imminent of appointment of Steve Polack. The arrival of the English man should illuminate a new direction which could turn around the fortune. The Physical fitness of Kotoko’s play will need to improve as the players lack stamina in recent play and their way of life should be monitored with appropriate sanctions applied when players are caught in the web.

Communication Machinery

Kotoko communication directorate have to improve their line of communication especially with the fans and it should be free from any distortions, unambiguous and clear. The management of the club should establish a form of communication room to put forward the ambitions and mission of the club with all grievances being channelled through same path.

Motivation

Motivation can be defined as process that initiates, guides, and maintains goals oriented behaviors as well activate behaviour of individuals. Kotoko’s play in recent match juxtaposes the lack motivation among individuals in the club right from the technical team to the playing body.
