Opoku Nti expects Kotoko to win the Ghana Premier League

General Manager of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Samuel Opoku Nti is confident his side will win the Ghana Premier league this seson. Kotoko held Inter Allies to a 1-1 draw on Sunday in the week 18 fixture to retain 2nd position on the league log with a point behind league leaders Wa All Stars. After the porcupines away draw to inter Allies, Opoku Nti revealed he is confident Kotoko will win the league this year. “We wish that Kotoko will win the league and we will try our best. Man proposes God disposes, if this year it is written that we will win it, I believe Kotoko will win it and we will work towards that.” “If you are on your way to the promise land you have to fight.” He told Happy fm.

Asante Kotoko have won the Ghana Premier League 24 times as record holders and will be fighting for what they last won during the 2013/2014 football season.

The porcupine warriors will seek for a win when they host Bechem United on Wednesday as they chase for the title.
