Medeama SC have boosted their chances of making the semi finals of this year’s CAF Confederation Cup after defeating Young Africans of Tanzania 3-1 at the Essipong Stadium this afternoon.
A fantastic brace from striker Abass Mohammed and a goal from Daniel Amoah helped the Yellow and Muaves to clinch all three points.
