Premier League stars failed to inspire England as they succumb to a 3-2 defeat to ten-men France in an international friendly at Stade De France on Tuesday.

The visitors got off to a good start as striker Harry Kane gave them an early lead from close range in the ninth minute of the game. However, England's lead didn't last for long as Samuel Umtiti scored on a rebound 12 minutes later.

In the 43rd minute of the game, Les Blues were ahead as Djibril Sidibe scored on another rebound.

Two minutes into the second half, the hosts suffered a setback as Raphael Varane saw a red for a last-man foul on Dele Alli.

Kane scored from the resulting penalty to level the score at 2-2.

Despite being down to ten men, France continue to dominate the game and they finally got their winner through Ousmane Dembele in the 78th minute of the game.
