Cristiano Ronaldo is set to become the father of twin boys 'very soon' after news broke that a surrogate mother in the US is due to have the babies. The Real Madrid superstar and his family 'can't wait' to meet the new editions, claims a source close to the 32-year-old.
As reported byThe Sun, the four time Ballon d'Or winner is looking to move the twins to his home on the outskirts of Madrid once they arrive. The Portugal ace currently resides with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and Cristiano Jr.
The source said: Cristiano and his family can't wait to meet the new members of their clan.
He likes to keep a tight lid on his private life but has told loved ones and close friends the baby boys are due to arrive very soon.�
Ronaldo's first-born, Cristiano Jr, was thought to be born to a women in San Diego and the expected arrival replicates the current circumstances. Nonetheless, it's also reported that the former Man United winger wanted to extend his family.
"He feels the time is right for his boy to have brothers to grow up with,' the source added.
His mum Dolores will be there to lend a helping hand like she has been with little Cristiano.�
Ronaldo is expected to play when Real Madrid host Real Betis at the Bernabeu on Sunday evening. The maverick forward has scored 18 times from 20 La Liga appearances this season.
