Sensational young striker Richard Zuma’s move to Accra Hearts of oak is close to completion, according to his agent William Katey.

The striker is expected to join the club after making the headlines in the GHALCA G8 tournament, with his two goals against Ebusua Dwarfs in the final group game.

The player made a guest appearance for the Ghanaian giants but his move to the club was stalled due to monetary issues.

However, the player’s agent, William Katey has confirmed the move is 90% done.

“We are still on the negotiation table and we are yet to put pen on paper to sign a deal but, very soon we will put in the finishing touches,” he told Xylofon FM.

“The boy is ready to play Accra Hearts of Oak, we are still on the move but I can tell you we are 90% done,” he added.

The player was reported to be valued around GHC 120,000, which fend off Accra Hearts of Oak away but William Katey believes it’s all about coming to terms at the negotiation table.

“We realize the amount was astronomical but we had to come back to the negotiating table to talk things over so that the boy can start playing,” he said.

“The boy wants to play Hearts, they are the team that gave him the platform and you can’t turn your back at a team that gave you the platform. We hope to finalize the deal soon.”

Richard Zuma plays for Emanuel City FC in the lower division of Ghana Football.
