Roma striker Stephan El Shaarawy says they must target silverware next season.
Roma are preparing for a new Champions League campaign.
“Our aim as a team has to be to lift a trophy because the fans deserve it," El Shaarawy told Roma TV.
“I think we players deserve one too because we've been doing really well.
“Di Francesco? I've seen a few training sessions and I've spoken to the coach. He expects a lot from his wide men.
“We just have to listen to him because he's a very capable coach. We're delighted to have him here. Now we need to work hard to make sure we're ready for the start of the season.
“My personal situation? I just had this minor back problem but it's nothing serious – more an annoyance really. It takes a while to go away.
“Everything's going well though and I'm recovering now. Hopefully I'll be back in full training before long.
“I want to start as I finished last season and of course it would be nice to score lots of goals too."
