Sacked Zdravko Logarusic not to blame for poor results - Kokoto goalie Felix Annan

Kumasi Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has called on his team mates to lift their performance and stop the blame game after their latest draw with Ebusua Dwarfs at the Baba Yara Stadium last Sunday. The draw has led to the club parting ways with Croatian Coach Zdravko Logarusic.

“We always say Coach, but it is not the Coach, we as players need to lift up our game, when you play for Kotoko you always have to give more than hundred percent on the pitch, you can’t go four games without a win at Kotoko and we as players know it is our fault and we will take the criticisms and work extra to lift our game up”.

Kotoko have not recorded a win in their last four games after losing to Accra Hearts of Oak and Medeama and drawing with Inter Allies and Ebusua Dwarfs.

Kotoko will travel to Wa next to face current premier league champions Wa All Stars in week 12 of the Ghana Premier league with assistant Coach Godwin Ablordey at the helm of affairs for the Porcupine Warriors.
