Senegalese referee Maguette Ndiaye appointed for Ghana-Ethiopia AFCON qualifier game

Senegalese referee Maguette Ndiaye has been appointed to officiate the opening AFCON 2019 qualifier match between Ghana and Ethiopia.

 

The Senegalese has been involved with a Ghanaian game before as he officiated the game between Medeama and M.O Bejaia in the CAF Confederations Cup last year.

 

Maguette Ndiaye will be assisted by countrymen Ababacar Sene and Serigne Cheikh Toure.

 

Ghana will host Ethiopia on June 11th at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

 

Coach Kwesi Appiah has named a thirty man squad for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier and the two friendlies with Mexico and the United States.
