Accra Great Olympics coach Tom Strand is been told to pay a compensation to his former club Medeama SC.

Medeama are eager to get a compensation from their former trainer who abandoned the team in South Africa last year.

Strand, left a resignation letter  in his hotel room in South Africa after the team's defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns in a CAF Confederation Cup game.

According to an official of Medeama SC, he was still in contract with the club and returning to the country to join Accra Great Olympics is not acceptable.

The club have since been pursuing the case at the Ghana Football Association.

For them, the Swede must pay a compensation as he failed to agree to the contract signed between them.
