Defender Dan Quaye is set to leave Accra Great Olympics  at the end of the season after refusing to sign a contract extension.

According to local media reports, the former Hearts player has received offers from Asia and could be heading to China.

''Management and officials had wanted him to stay, they wanted him to stay for at least one more season but he insist he will leave at the end of the season,'' an insider disclosed to Ghana Sports Newspaper.

“We can’t stop him, we believed he could have still helped us but it is his decision and we can’t change that.

''He has really helped the Club a lot for the past two or three seasons and we know he has paid his dues.''

Dan Quaye has played three seasons with the Wonder Club after rejoining them in the second round of the 2014/2015 season.
