VIDEO: Actor Mikki Osei Berko reveals he intends to coach the Black Stars

Popular Ghanaian Actor and radio presenter Mikki Osei Berko has revealed his desire to coach the Black Stars in the near future.

Mikki Osei Berko who is a level two football coach revealed this in an interview with Doreen Andoh on the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM that he was away in Ghana to pursue a number of courses including coaching.

“I studied film…my first degree was with the New York Film Academy, I did television production, and I went out there and I got the opportunity to continue, I did directing. I also did football coaching and took care of my family,” he revealed.

Master Richard, who said he played football growing up and currently owns a football team in Kasoa, revealed further that, “I’m a level two football coach, midway the coaching ladder…”

Asked he if plans to use the license anytime soon, he said, “for now, I am focusing on my production bit because that is what I came out to do but for coaching, I want to get the pro license. I have given myself probably the next two or three years to acquire the pro license and then maybe start looking out to coach the Black Stars.
