Ghana Premier League Champions Wa All Stars have been boosted by the return of midfielder David Abagna ahead of the match day 27 of the Ghana Premier League against Accra Hearts of Oak.

The midfield dynamo is returning from suspension due to the accumulation of three yellow cards that saw him miss the MTN FA cup semifinal against the Phobians on Sunday.

Abagna has been key to the Northern Blues season, having found the back of the net 13 times in all competition for the club. His return will serve as a massive boost to the champions.

Wa All Stars will be hosting Accra Hearts of Oak, with revenge on their minds following a 2-1 defeat in the MTN FA Cup semifinal on Sunday in Obuasi.

WAFU Stars Patrick Razak and Kwame Kizito scored for the Accra based club before Atta Mensa grabbed a consolation for Wa All Stars.

A defeat their manager Mumuni Sokpari blamed on officiating, insisting Hearts and Kotoko get favours from referees.

Wa All Stars are sixth on the table with Accra Hearts third and have a chancing of winning the Ghana Premier League.
