WAFU stars Satephen Sarfo, Felix Addo and Gideon Waja are set to join Kwuwaiti top flight side Al- Qadsiya following their impressive performances in the Ghana Premier League.

The trio were also outstanding in Ghana's triumph at the West Africa Football Union Championship hosted in Ghana, a tournament eventually won by the Black Stars B after thumping Nigeria 4-1 in the final.

Stephen Sarfo finished the tournament as top scorer with five goals and was beaten to the Ghana Premier League golden boot by Ashantigold's Hans Kwoffie, after scoring 15 times in the GPL.

Meanwhile, Gideon Waja nearly led WAFA to a shocking Ghana Premier League success but Aduana Stars proved too strong by winning the domestic league. Waja was ever-present in the team and earned call ups to the Black Stars A team.

Felix Addo was instrumental in Elmina Sharks stay in the Ghana Premier League. The winger held the team on his shoulders winning games for the club.

The Black Stars B players are expected to undergo medicals and sign for the club in the coming days.

However,  sources close to footballghana.com indicate Gideon Waja might be headed to the United States or Canada to sign for either New York FC or Toronto FC, after sporting the diminutive midfielder's great talent.
