Arsene Wenger is hoping his Arsenal players can lift the FA Cup for themselves.
The Gunners playing group have said they want to win the trophy for beleaguered manager Wenger who has been the subject of frenzied speculation over the past few months.
But after they came from behind to beat Manchester City 2-1 in extra-time in Sunday's semi-final, the Frenchman wants them to enjoy any success they can achieve when they meet Chelsea in the final next month.
"No, I want them to enjoy it, to play together and to play for the club," he said according to Arsenal.com when asked about the players wanting to win the cup for him.
"That is for me the most important. To reach the targets that we set for them together.
"Football is a team sport and as a manager your biggest joy is when you feel you have a real team performance. That was the case today and that's why I am happy today."
