West Ham are watching closely Bobby Wood's situation at Hamburg.
The USA striker is being tracked by the Hammers this season.
And BILD says they can sign Wood on the cheap should Hamburg be relegated this season.
Wood's contract carries two buyout clauses for the summer market, which have been made public.
If Hamburg are relegated, Wood can leave for €5 million, while if they beat the drop the striker can still be signed for €12 million.
