West Ham star Andre Ayew recounts 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup glory

Deputy captain of the Black Stars Andre Dede Ayew recounts the success chalked at the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Egypt, eight years on.

October 16th marked exactly eight years since Ghana made history after becoming the first African country to win the FIFA U20 World Cup.

Ayew who was then captain of the Black Satellites, conquered the World after beating former Champions Brazil on penalties in the finals.

The West Ham star took to Twitter to recount the glorious moment in his career and pay tribute to the late Jordan Anagbla who was then management committee chairman of the team.
